Fashion show fundraiser to support foster children with disabilities

MAPLE GROVE, Minn. — When you feel of a manner present, you probably think about the way persons look. But there is a trend present coming up in the northwest metro that has all the glam and all the heart.

Zoey Wangerin is a experienced model. She’s also a pro at the artwork of optimism. She shrilled with excitement as WCCO sat down to chat with her.

Zoey was adopted from China. Her sisters have been adopted from Ukraine. They all have disabilities.

Zoey has a prognosis of cerebral palsy. She also has a thriving job. She has shot advertisements for Goal, Mall of The united states, and toy companies, too.

That is in which Ms. Denisha, a model and modeling coach, stepped in.

“When I initial met Zoey … I was like, ‘Can we have a enjoy day?’ Like I just want to get her home ideal immediately after camp,” stated Ms. Denisha, as she’s referred to as by her pupils. “I bought right here sponsored by the American Legion in Maple Grove.
