In its fifth yr, the community party is a collaboration among Goodwill and students from Stevens High Faculty. Led by Northside ISD teacher Christine Donovan, the clearly show will curate far more than 20 next-hand seems to be by college students in the school’s Entrepreneurship and Trend Program.
Donovan was the receiver of the 2021 Texas Manner Awards Qualified of the 12 months award, is an Agosto Cuellar award-profitable sustainable fashion designer, and serves as a Goodwill Shopper Experience Supervisor. She has guided learners to believe creatively when crafting their sustainable outfits.
Ahead of the display, all taking part pupils volunteered at local Goodwill outlets to find out about sustainable style and retail. All seems to be on the Goodwill runway will be out there to invest in immediately after the show.
The showcase will begin at 6 p.m. at the Goodwill at 10422 Potranco Highway.
