Weekend brunch is one particular of my favourite points : chilled morning vibes, a lot o f coffee and a good huge late breakfast / brunch with the family. 4 eggs

4 sausages

1 x tin tomatoes

handful fresh cherry tomatoes

spices : cumin, paprika, cayenne, chilli, salt, pepper

red & inexperienced peppers (1/2 of just about every)

1 x white onion

1 tablespoon harissa paste



1 x avocado

clean crimson chilli


1.) Warmth oven to a little something form mid-range – 180.

2.) Grab your sausages and take out the skins and make into small chunk-size meatballs : get these in the frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, brown off all more than.

8.) end the dish with some fresh new components :  I now add some sliced avocado on top rated, fresh new chopped crimson chilli, sprinkling of feta (or you can do this pre-bake) and some chopped new herbs – I like parsley or coriander.

9.) Provide with some crusty bread for dipping and scooping!

I enjoy serving it in these unique very little dishes and you can just pop them onto a plate straight from the oven with a pair of slices of warm crusty and heavily buttered bread.
